SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION (OpenReview Platform)

SURE-MED2025 Submission & Registration Instructions

SURE-MED2025 official submissions will be handled using the OpenReview.net platform. Please carefully follow the steps below to ensure your abstract submission and participation in workshops and the field trip are processed smoothly.

1. Download the Symposium Template

All abstracts and extended abstracts must use the official symposium template:

2. Create and Complete Your OpenReview Account and Profile

All participants must use the OpenReview platform to submit abstracts and register for workshops and the field trip.

Account Requirements:

  • You must sign up for OpenReview using an email address from your university, research center, company, or any other public or private institution (recommended for fastest activation).

  • OpenReview also accepts public email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo), but activation for these accounts may take several days (and up to two weeks) due to additional verification.

  • After signing up, you must complete your OpenReview profile registration before you can submit an abstract or register for workshops and the field trip.

  1. Visit the OpenReview SURE-MED2025 Submission Portal.

  2. Click Sign Up (top right) and create your account using your institutional or public email.

  3. Check your email for a verification link and follow the instructions to activate your account.

  4. Log in and complete your profile (add your full name, affiliation, and any other required information).

  5. Once your profile is complete and activated, you can submit your abstract and register for workshops and the field trip.

3. Submit Your Abstract

  • After logging in to OpenReview and completing your profile, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your abstract as a PDF (using the official template).

  • You may also upload an optional extended abstract (up to 6 pages).

4. Track Your Submission

  • You can follow the status of your submission in your OpenReview profile at any time.

Important Notes

  • Use your institutional or organization email for fastest approval. Public email registrations may be delayed up to two weeks due to moderation.

  • If you register with a public email (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) and need to accelerate your profile activation, please contact us at suremed.secretary@gmail.com for assistance.

  • You must complete your OpenReview profile before you can submit or register.

  • If you encounter any other issues, contact the Program Committee at: suremed.secretary@gmail.com
