Visa requirements

Once accepted applicants are notified, we will provide you with all the essential documentation you need to apply for a visa, including an invitation letter, flight ticket (IAU), travel insurance, and proof of accommodation.

The visa requirements are outlined on the official website: https://www.mfa.gov.dz/en/services-for-foreigners/entry-visa-to-algeria. We strongly advise verifying these requirements with your travel agent or the Algerian embassy. Due to the potentially lengthy visa processing time, participants are urged to submit the necessary documents promptly upon notification. An invitation letter will be supplied to facilitate this process.

Please make sure that your passport is valid, well beyond your intended stay, and has a sufficient number of blank pages. We recommend prospective school applicants initiate passport applications promptly.

Transport and Accommodation

Upon arrival, students and lecturers will be conveyed to the designated accommodation, and a return shuttle service will be provided for their departure. Additional information will be shared shortly once all arrangements are confirmed.

It’s important to note that the ISYA covers the cost of accommodation.

Cultural Activities

We have scheduled leisure and recreational activities for the weekends, with planned visits to the following locations:

First weekend: Algiers and Tipaza

Second weekend: Cultural and tourist visit, with detailed information to be provided later. »
